We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations.  With a unique venue, boasting a large floor space, private dining rooms and bars, this is a chance to be part of a thriving culinary experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing rosters for the Front-of-House teamConducting staff training and development initiativesEnsuring the facilities are clean, functional and comply with health regulationsManaging venue openings and closingsCollaborating with the Event Manager and Executive Chef to plan and organise special functionsHandling cash management and financial transactions with precisionOrdering, stock control and movementWeekly reporting and analysis of sales, trends, staff performance and product inventoryChecking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with meals and serviceAddressing concerns by staff or guests with professionalism.Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:Minimum 2 years’ full-time experience in hospitality management, with demonstrated experience managing a teamIn-depth knowledge of beverages and food products, together with an inquisitive learning oriented attitudeExcellent customer service skills, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experienceSolid financial understanding, including P&L, Labour and COGS controlA team player with the ability to multi-task and handle different roles effectivelyA problem solver with a positive approach to challengesThis full-time role entails working 7 shifts per week, with 3 single and 2 double shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.  It is hands on and places as much emphasis on working in the venue on day to day tasks as it does on the behind the scenes work.What We Offer:An exciting and vibrant work environment in the heart of Melbourne's CBDThe opportunity to work in a unique and highly renowned Asian fusion restaurantRoom for professional growth and development within the hospitality industryA supportive team that values collaborationSalary range $70000-75000 pa + super + tips Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your career in the vibrant culinary scene of Melbourne.  Apply Now and be part of our team AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations CBD & Inner Suburbs Melbourne 3004
