With the latest technologies, fast internet, and incredible venue services, we make seamless global event delivery effortless.About The RoleLocated in the heart of the CBD, you will support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of events, with a particular focus on Guest Services & IT Support. Our events delivery business is diverse and tailored to our clients – from corporate training to planning days, team-building events, exams, and corporate cocktail parties.This is a role that is responsible for multiple parts of our event delivery, so it’s important that you can prioritise immediate tasks and still plan! Our Auckland team are a tight knit crew who are hands-on, supportive, and collaborative, effectively delivering remarkable events experience to our clients.This key position is predominately business hours and requires flexibility for occasional weekend and evening service depending on the needs of the business. This is a hands-on role with a level of supervision of the Back of House team, assisting with room set ups each day.On a Day-to-day Level, You Will:Assist with general guest services and requestsHelp clients with general IT & AV questionsSetting up rooms and delivering the events that have an AV component (eg. videoconferencing, laptop set up)Manage a high-volume front desk for multiple clients each dayMeet & greet clients every morning, ensuring they have everything they need for their event and actioning any additional requests.Actively support the casual F & B team with daily catering servicesEnsure the client break-out areas and rooms are well-presented from the start and throughout the day.Update event details, input client data and process invoices accurately using our CRMAbout YouWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
