Cliftons Canberra is seeking motivated individuals to join our exam invigilation team on a casual basis. These opportunities are varied and will suit students or persons who are available for a variety of shifts between 8am and 5:30pm, and occasional evening and weekend work. Your general responsibilities will include:Assisting with exam supervision – communicating test procedures, handling enquiries from exam candidates, observing candidates in the exam roomsAssisting with administration requests (eg. printing and course materials)Registration of candidates on arrivalEnsuring the event rooms and client spaces are clean and highly presentableSetting up examination materials in roomsTo be successful in the role you will ideally have:previous experience in hospitality, front desk, education, customer service or eventsbasic IT / technical knowledge (eg. how to connect a computer to WiFi) is desirablea calm and patient demeanourexcellent verbal communication skills and customer service ethicstrong attention to detail and ability to think on your feetwillingness to learn and absorb new information and written proceduresWhy Join Us?
