Senior Account & Business Development Manager

Including a strong National presence in both Australia and New Zealand.The Role:As part of this role you will have access to the Cliftons Sales Academy and our embedded Sales Excellence Coach to further develop your sales capability skills to the elite level and accelerate your results. This is an invaluable resource that will allow you to grow both personally and professionally.With your customer centric sales approach and proven business development skills, you will build relationships and negotiate agreements with senior executives across a diverse range of industries, departments and enterprise organisations.You will work with a result focused and supportive team centrally located in the Sydney CBD office.In addition to your base salary, you will be rewarded with an industry leading commission scheme giving you the opportunity to earn up to $140k (OTE) and remains uncapped.Key responsibilities:Developing new business and accountsBuilding new revenue from existing accountsExceeding revenue targets and operating to KPIsMaximising conversion results from company generated leadsTo be successful in this role you will have:3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales. This role will require an individual that loves the hunt and the close.Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. We work hard and play hard.Consultative sales approach and proven negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who can deliver the win/win.Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. The right person needs to have the proven ability to connect with multiple levels.Time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills.
