The Central Bookings team are looking for an Events Coordinator / Data Entry Person to join this fast paced and fun team. This is a full-time position that is part of a team of corporate event scheduling and event management specialists who are responsible for the receipt of all bookings and the coordination of events across all our locations for our local venue teams to deliver.To be successful in this role you will need strong attention to detail, familiarity with spreadsheets (excel) and excellent communication skills.Primarily, this role is about accurately creating and updating events in our online system as the information comes through via email or phone from our clients.About YouThe successful applicant will have a bright professional phone manner with excellent data entry skills and enjoy working as part of a busy team. An advanced level of computer competency is required as events are managed through our online event management system.Experience in a customer service role in event coordination, schedule management or hospitality would be preferred.About the TeamWe work hard but take time to have some fun along the way.
