Working alongside the kitchen and events teams, you’ll get involved in food preparation, service and event setups, with the opportunity to take on extra responsibility by helping coordinate staff and keep service running smoothly when venue managers are not present. As a Casual Catering Assistant at our Brisbane venue, you’ll help deliver quality catering experiences in a professional, fast-paced environment.
