Working closely with the Venue Manager of two busy Sydney venues, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting in overseeing venue operations and ensuring venue presentation, facilities, maintenance, and workplace safety standards are maintained
  • Coordinating front-of-house and catering operations to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Supporting, coaching and guiding team members throughout event delivery
  • Helping manage rostering, resources and operational budgets
  • Responding to client enquiries and resolving event-day challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
