We’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who loves to make our diners smile and enjoy sharing their knowledge of food and wine.You’ll be responsible for: managing and motivating the FOH team and day to day operation of the restaurantcontrol of inventory, ordering, supplier management and stock levelsliaising with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their dining experienceensuring our policies and standards are adhered toongoing improvement of SOP’sroster managementAbout YouAt least three years relevant experience in a similar role gained in a fast-paced, busy restaurantExcellent understanding of labour cost management and COGSStrong working knowledge of food and beverage serviceBe comfortable working in a hands-on management environment in a busy city restaurantExcellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests from all walks of lifeA great understanding of event processes and resources – including proposals, contracts, budgets and resourcingProven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a high-pressure team environment Positive attitude, impeccable presentation and professional work ethicQualifications in hospitality management or similar are preferred, but not essentialWe highly value our staff and offer a fun and exciting team environment with exceptional training and career development opportunities, a great salary and excellent benefits.
