Your duties will include:Planning and coordinating events, including technical setups and equipment requirements.Supervising events that require virtual connections, video, and phone conferencing.Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Leading multi-site projects and coordinating with other venue technical staff.Providing exemplary customer service, ensuring clients have everything they need for their events.Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of casual technical staff.What Type Of Person Will Be SuccessfulTo succeed in this role, you should have a blend of technical and customer service skills. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
