With the latest technologies, fast internet, incredible venue services and inspiring hospitality, we make seamless global event delivery effortless.The role:We have 2 exciting opportunities for a sales-driven individual with events / conference experience to join the Sales & Customer Success Team as we position ourselves for success in FY2023.  With a focus on providing a Tier 1 service to all our customers, and responsibility across the end-to-end sales cycle, this is an incredible chance to kickstart and grow your B2B sales career.As one of our Customer Success Team Members, you willNurture and grow new, previous and existing corporate client relationships through phone and virtual sales appointments to increase retention and increase growthWork closely with clients to explore their needs for scheduling face-to-face, hybrid or virtual events, using your analytical skills to map out and recommend Cliftons’ service offerings.Handle inbound sales enquiries (via phone, live chat, email) with a positive, customer-centric attitude to qualify their location, purchasing and status of new or existing accountDevelop new business and accounts through outbound prospecting calls and following up on company lead-generation marketing campaignsConduct virtual tours, prepare tailored quotes and business proposals for client contractsWork collaboratively with other areas (eg. Marketing, Central Bookings Team, Operations, AV or IT technical support) to ensure a remarkable experience is delivered for your clientsLive by our core values: Fun, Leadership, Integrity, Passion, Innovation, TeamworkTo be successful you'll have:Previous experience in a client-focused role such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales, - ideally coming from events, functions or conferences organisation and a KPI driven environmentProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience using CRM software (ideal) with the desire to learn new technologiesProven ability to communicate and confidently present to others over the phone, virtual channels and in writingAbility to plan and juggle multiple projects, while maintaining a strong attention to detailStrong customer service orientationStrong collaboration skills to contribute to the team’s overall goals.A drive for resultsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environmentWhat’s on offerThis is an amazing opportunity to be part of our innovation story.
