Inside Sales / Telesales Representative – Events

We’re seasoned event delivery experts who create remarkable experiences through extensive IT solutions, delectable dining and unparalleled services. With venues across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (plus venue partnerships everywhere else), we make seamless global event delivery effortless. The Role:We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative with exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude to join our growing team.Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will contact our current and prospective clients to offer them our services and promote our venues. This role has an outbound focus. Utilising your relationship-building skills, you will contact leads to discuss their needs and provide the right solution to benefit their business.This role is for you if you are love or are looking to move into B2B sales and work with blue-chip corporate clients across a broad range of industries.  You'll be rewarded with a competitive base salary and excellent commission scheme giving you the opportunity to earn up to $100k OTE – with uncapped commissions).Key responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and new clients and secure events and meetings sales bookingsManage inbound enquiries and leads, finding solutions for clients, and using your influencing skills to convert to business opportunitiesFollow-up enquiries where additional sales effort is required to closeMeeting activity and revenue targetsBuild a steady pipeline of clients to achieve on-going salesIdeally, you'll haveAt least 1 year's previous experience achieving calls and sales targets.
